    Description

    Featured is a 30's Vernon Kilns Flora pattern sugar bowl (without its lid) that was "Hand Painted Under Glazes By Gale Turnbull" made in U.S.A. The bowl has a tiny nick and a very faint crack line at the bottom of piece underside lip from prior contact wear - minor and surface superficial. The pottery shows dark specks inside the bowl that are under glaze, not flaw. There are no other flaws to note - the piece does not have any signs of prior repair. An image was taken with a ruler to give a visual idea as to the pottery's size. The exact measurements are 3 1/4 inches across the top and 2 inches height. The pictures are part of the description.
